Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mannai Tours, we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our local service providers.
1. Cancellation Window & Charges
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before the tour: You are eligible for a full refund. Note: A small administrative fee (3-5%) may be deducted to cover payment gateway transaction costs (Kashier).
- Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within this window or in the event of a “No-Show”.
2. Booking Amendments
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is free of charge for the first request.
3. How to Process a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support team or contact us via WhatsApp with the following details:
- Full Name
- Booking Reference Number
- Date of the Tour
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days depending on your bank’s policies.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that certain customized private tours, flight tickets, or special event bookings may be non-refundable. These specific terms will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation.
