Return and Refund Policy for Mannai Tour

1. Cancellations and Refunds
   • Cancellation by the Customer:
     • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund.
     • Cancellations made between 15–29 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.
     • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
   • Cancellation by Mannai Tour:
     • If Mannai Tour cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
2. Non-Refundable Items
   • Certain services, such as visa fees, airline tickets, and administrative charges, are non-refundable once booked.
   • Customized tours or services may include additional non-refundable terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
   • Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] along with booking details.
   • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of approval.
4. Amendments and Changes
   • Changes to bookings (e.g., date changes) may be requested up to 10 days before the tour start date, subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Force Majeure Policy
   • In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events, Mannai Tour reserves the right to offer alternative solutions in lieu of refunds.
